Northwest Ohio Administrators Inc.  ( NWOA ) was formed in 1981 by Union Construction Labor and Management in Northwestern Ohio as a not for profit Ohio corporation.  NWOA's purpose is to provide collection and administrative management services for Taft-Hartley Benefit Plans and other programs provided under various collective bargaining agreements.

The corporation is controlled through a Board of Trustees composed of five members from unions and five members from employers.

The Corporation's Executive Vice President manages the daily activities of the corporation and is its only paid officer.
